Northern Region: Mahama to embark on ‘Thank You’ tour today
President John Dramani Mahama is set to embark on a thank-you tour of the Northern Region on Saturday, March 22, 2025, to express his gratitude to the people for his victory during the December 2024 elections.
As part of the tour, the President will pay a courtesy call on the Overlord of Dagbon, Yaa Naa Abukari Mahama II, at the Gbewaa Palace in Yendi.
The President will then proceed to Tamale, where he is scheduled to hold a public engagement at the Jubilee Park.
The event is expected to attract party supporters and residents.
He is expected to use the platform to thank the people of the Northern Region for their support and reaffirm his administration’s commitment to delivering on its promises.
