NDC to officially outdoor Running mate tomorrow

The National Democratic Congress has announced that a ceremony will be held tomorrow, 24th April, 2024 to officially outdoor its Running Mate for the upcoming general elections, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang.

The event will take place at the Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).

A statement signed by the National Communications Officer of the party, Sammy Gyamfi said “All invited guests and attendees are required to be seated by 4:00pm prompt.”

The media and general public are respectfully entreated to note the following pieces of information for compliance:

  1. Specific entry gates and seating areas have been designated for various invitees to the event.
  2. An invitation card admits only one and must be carried along by an invitee to be admitted to the ground floor of the venue.
  3. Party faithfuls and the general public are cordially invited to the event. A specific entry gate and limited seats have been designated for party faithfuls and members of the general public on first come, first served basis.
  4. Only accredited camera men from accredited media stations, shall be given access to camera stands on the ground floor of the venue.
  5. Reporters and other crew members of accredited media stations shall be given access to a designated media zone for interviews and general coverage.
  6. A live satellite feed for the event shall be available on the OUTDOOR BROADCAST channel on Multi TV HD+ by 4pm Prompt.
  7. For emphasis, all attendees to the event must be seated by 4:00pm. A number of activities have been slated from 4pm before the official start of the main program at 5pm.
  8. All media houses who intend to deploy reporters to cover the event are entreated to contact the National Communications Bureau of the NDC for necessary accreditation.
