National Democratic Congress (NDC) constituency chairmen in the Ashanti region have boycotted the party’s strategic meeting organized by the Ashanti regional executives chaired by the Regional Chairman, Augustus Andrews Nana Kwasi.
The constituency chairmen argued the regional chairman is leading the distribution of party resources with partiality by resourcing his favorite constituency chairmen.
Chairman Nana Kwasi was supposed to distribute six new cars to some constituencies in the region but the meeting has been disrupted by the angry constituency chairmen.
Meanwhile, the Ashanti regional chairman insists that only six vehicles have been given to him for distribution with specific instructions on consistencies to be given.
