The Managing Director for the Electricity Company of Ghana, Samuel Mahama Dubik, has resigned from the position.
According to the legal practitioner, who has written a letter to the Board of the Electricity Company of Ghana announcing his resignation, he’s quit the job because of personal reasons.
Dubik, who is a graduate of the University of Ghana has been in the position for two years and has steered the affairs of the company.
Before becoming the Managing Director, he served as a non-executive director at ECG and has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors
Mahama previously worked as a non-executive director at GIHOC Distilleries, Country representative for Gulfsouth Forest Products, and partner at Dubik & Associates, Wilkins Engineering, among others.
