Akufo-Addo appoints former Dep. AG Joseph Dindiok Kpemka as Deputy MD of BOST

President Nana Akufo-Addo has appointed former Deputy Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Joseph Dindiok Kpemka as Deputy Managing Director of the Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Limited Company.

A letter signed by the secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asante has asked the Energy Minster, Dr Mathhew Opoku Prempeh to take the necessary steps to regularise his appointment.

“The President of the Republic has nominated Joseph Dindiok Kpemka for appointment as deputy minister of Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Limited Company.”

” Kindly take the necessary steps to regularise the said appointment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2019(Act 929) and the constitution of the company,” the letter said.

Joseph Dindiok Kpemka born August 13 1973 is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Tempane Constituency in the Upper East Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.

He obtained a B.A from the University of Ghana as well as an L.L.B and a Barrister of Law from the Ghana School of Law.

Joseph Dindiok Kpemka was an English Tutor at the Ghana Education Service from 2002 to 2005,a District Chief Executive between 2008 to 2009 and became a lawyer and lecturer at the Bolgatanga Technical University from 2009 to 2016.
