Fadama: MP supports Desidero Football Club
The Member of Parliament for the Okaikwei Central Constituency in the Greater Accra Region today, Wednesday, 1 December 2021, visited the training grounds of Desidero Football Club at Fadama, a suburb in the Okaikwei North Municipality of Accra.
Desidero are the reigning champions of the Greater Accra Inter-District Juvenile Club Championship 2021.
The MP, Mr Patrick Boamah, who is also the Vice-Chairman of Parliament’s Finance Committee, was at the training grounds to find ways he can assist the team to repeat their feat next year.
He said the key purpose of his visit was to present some financial support to the managers of the team and to motivate them to do more for the constituency in terms of sports.
He further encouraged the players to win the grand finale of the Greater Accra National Championship tournament for the good people of Okaikwei Central.
