Meanwhile, Spurs are interested in reuniting the Ghanaian winger with former teammate Dominic Solanke as manager Ange Postecoglu eyes a trophy in his second year.

Newcastle United are eager to strengthen their attack with Semenyo due to the fitness problems of Swedish forward Alexander Isak.

Semenyo joined the Cherries in January 2023 and after a slow start took the Premier League by storm last season, scoring eight goals to help Bournemouth finish a respectable 12th position with their best points haul in the league.

The former Bristol City striker has netted 12 goals in 50 Premier League games since signing for the topflight side.
