NDC to introduce national day of prayer and thanksgiving – Mahama
Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has promised to institute an annual national day of prayer and thanksgiving, to unite all faiths in gratitude and divine guidance for Ghana.
In a statement signed by the Campaign Spokesperson, Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Mr. Mahama emphasised the importance of thanksgiving, citing biblical teachings and international examples.
Mr. Mahama believes this collective prayer and thanksgiving will invoke God’s blessings and prosperity for the nation, stressing the importance of acknowledging God’s past actions to receive more in the future.
