The largest opposition party, the National Democratic Congress(NDC) will today, Saturday, July 27, launch its campaign for the general elections of 2024 in the Northern Regional Capital, Tamale..
Johnson Asiedu Nketia, National Chairman, announced that this year’s campaign will follow a new approach, which will include a door-to-door approach.
The NDC will present its platform, which will include important proposals including the export of nurses to combat unemployment among healthcare workers, the elimination of ex-gratia, and a 24-hour economy.
The party’s flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, his running companion, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, and other prominent figures, including National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia, General Secretary Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, and Council of Elders members, will be present at the ceremony.
