3-year-old who died in accident involving Kumawood actor Lilwin laid to rest
It was a heartbreaking scene this morning when Richard Ampomah Oppong; the three year old boy who died in an accident involving actor Lilwin; was laid to rest.
The boy was with his father Jacop Kofi Ampomah when the vehicle they were travelling on, collided head-on with the speeding car of the actor.
Eye witnesses say the actor who was in Kumasi to premier his ‘A COUNTRY CLLED GHANA’ movie was speeding edxcessively on the Amakom – WAEC stretch in Kumasi when the incident happened.
His mother Cecilia Sarpong who collapsed on seeing her lifeless son was prevented from following the family to Ankaase where the boy was buried.
His father who was admitted at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital has been discharged.
